Create a new canvas 700x700.

Paste element 107, resize 75% and sharpen. Move the frame a little down.

Open paper 8 and resize 50%.
Go back to your tag and use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame, expand the selection with 10px, invert the selection, paste the paper and hit delete.
Move the paper layer below the frame.

Activate the frame layer, select all, float, paste your tube as top layer and position as you like.
Use your eraser to erase the part of the tube inside the selection of the frame.
Deselect and erase the bottom half of your tube outside the frame.

Paste element 21 in the background of your tag, position behind your frame and mirror.

Paste element 19 in the background of your tag, position behind your frame.

Paste element 67 in the background of your tag, position behind your frame.

Paste element 60 in the background of your tag, position behind your frame. Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Paste element 65 in the background of your tag, move it to the right upper corner, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Paste element 116 in the background of your tag, flip it and position in the left upper corner, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Paste element 68 in the background of your tag. Rotate 90 degrees right(clockwise), position to the very right of your tag, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Paste element 36 as top layer in your tag, position in the bottom right corner of the frame, duplicate and mirror.

Paste element 123 as top layer, move it to the bottom of the frame.

Paste element 84 as top layer, resize 75%, position in the gap between the previously pasted leaves.

Paste element 80 as top layer, move it a bit down.

Paste element 98 as top layer, center it in your tag.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-50-5.

Add your name AND your copyright. And you're done!
