This tutorial was written by me at March 13 2014.

Supplies:
AmyMarie's scrapkit: O' Spring 
A gorgeous tube by VeryMany:  Marianne
This WordArt, just rightclick and save :)




Open a new canvas 700x700.

Open element 26.
Resize 75%, sharpen en paste into your canvas.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the frame.
Expand the selection with 5px, invert the selection.
Open paper 14, resize 50% and paste into your tag, hit delete, paste your closeup tube, hit delete.
Move the frame layer above the paper and the tube.
Set the opacity of the tube to 65 and the layermode to screen.

Copy paste element 41 into your tag.
Position it halfway the lowest wood beam of the frame.
Move the layer to the bottom in your layerpallete.

Copy paste element 47. 
Resize 65%. Place on the right lower corner of the frame.

Copy paste element 70. 
Place it on the left side of the frame.

Copy paste element 7. 
I left it centered in the middle.

Copy paste element 12. 
I left it centered in the middle.

Copy paste element 60. 
Resize 35%. Place on the right upper corner of your frame.

Copy paste element 64. 
Resize 45%. Place in the left lower corner of your tag.

Open paper 16, resize to 700x700.
Paste into your tag as background. Add your masks. Merge group.

Add the wordart in the left corner of your tag.

Add your tube, I resized mine 35%.

Give all elements a dropshadow of 1-1-40-5.
Add your name, copyright and you're done!
